Owner
Heather is an experienced leader with over twenty years of service across the senior living spectrum. Driven by her joy in working with seniors, Heather is passionate about educating, supporting, and empowering others to provide excellence in care delivery. Heather earned her degree in Gerontology from University or North Carolina, and serves on the Board of Lifespan Network and as member of National Association of Activity Professionals, Heather belleves in building a family environment that strengthens and enriches the Caraway community.
Sandra Greene, RN

Chief Nurse
Sandy Greene, RN, DN is an experienced clinician who brings years of patient care and operational knowledge to the team with her emphasis on resident health and regulatory compliance. Sandy is a RN and holds certifications as a DN and ALM. Sandy shares, “Each time a see the staff and residents interact, it leaves me with a great appreciation for what we do and how the Caraway team truly loves and enjoys the residents.”
Tina Honaker,

Executive Director
Tina Honaker serves at Caraway Assisted Living as Executive Director. Tina is a native of Cecil County and started her career with Caraway as a resident caregiver. During her years of service, Tina has held several positions and titles, achieving her Assisted Living Manager license in 2014 and assuming the role of Executive Director in 2023. With an enthusiasm for customer service and dedication to quality care, Tina manages the daily operations including team member recruitment and management, resident care, quality dining, and sales.
